Learning Log out Class


หมี่กรอบกระเพราไก่
Mee Krob Kra Prao Kai


ส่วนผสม                                                     Ingredients
 เส้นหมี่แห้ง 100 กรัม                                                   100 g rice vermicelli 
เนื้อไก่สับละเอียด 300 กรัม                           300 g chicken, chopped 
ใบกระเพรา 2 ถ้วย                                           2 cups holy basil leaves 
พริกขี้หนูแดงตำพอแหลก 7-8 ดอก              7-8 red chilies, coarsely pounded in the mortar 
กระเทียมตำพอแหลก 4-5 กลีบ                     4-5 cloves garlic, coarsely pounded in the mortar 
น้ำมันหอย                                                         Oyster sauce 
ซีอิ้วขาว                                                          Soy sauce 
ซอสปรุงรส                                                     Seasoning sauce 
น้ำตาลทราย                                                    Sugar 
น้ำเปล่า 1/3 – 1/2                                             1/3 – ½ cup water 
น้ำมันพืช                                                         Vegetable oil

วิธีทำ

1. เทน้ำมันพืชลงในกระทะ ตั้งไฟปานกลางพอน้ำมันเดือด ใส่เส้นหมี่ลงไป พอเส้นหมี่สุกพอกรอบ ตักขึ้นมาพักจนสะเด็ดน้ำมัน

1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over a moderate heat until it starts vaporizing. Put in rice vermicelli, lift out and drain of oil when it cooked and crispy.

2. เทน้ำมันพืชลงในกระทะ ตั้งไฟปานกลางจนน้ำมันเริ่มเดือด ใส่กระเทียมลงไปผัดพอเหลือง

2.  Heat vegetable oil in a wok over a moderate heat until it starts vaporizing. Stir-fry the garlic until lightly-golden.

3. ใส่เนื้อไก่ลงไปผัดพอสุก ใส่พริกขี้หนูลงไป แล้วปรุงรสด้วยน้ำมันหอย ซีอิ้วอาว ซอสปรุงรส และน้ำตาลทราย จากนั้นเติมน้ำเปล่า ผัดต่อให้เข้ากัน

3. Put in the chicken and Stir-fry until cooked. Add red chilies, then season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning sauce and sugar. Add water and stir-fry until-fly until together.

4. ใส่ใบกระเพราลงไป ผัดให้เข้ากัน ปิดไฟ ตักใส่จานเสิร์ฟ

4. Add holy basil leaves and stir-fry together. Remove from the heart.

วิธีรับประทาน

รับประทานร้อนๆคู่กับหมี่กรอบ       
Serve and enjoy with crispy noodles.
